A Day of Giving
UPDATE!
On Monday, September 28th, The Avenue celebrated 129 years of service. To celebrate, we held our inaugural virtual giving event - #ContributeToChange2020: A Day of Giving.
We are thrilled to announce that, due to the help of our community, we have SURPASSED our goal of raising $9,028.20 (9/28/20)! On behalf of our entire organization, our staff, our clients, and the families we have been able to serve, thank you for your generosity throughout this time of uncertainty.

Strong families. Safe homes. Since 1891. Those are the values that continue to motivate our organization to improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our community.
Contribute to Change: A Day of Giving is centered around the goal of empowering others to become involved in positive change for our community members. There are many ways to contribute to change - volunteer opportunities, in-kind donations, helping to promote our services for those in need - but on 9.28.20 we ask that you contribute to the financial sustainability of the future of The Avenue Family Network, Inc., allowing us to continue serving Michigan's great southwest for another 129 years and beyond!
The virtual day of giving will be held in place of many in-person fundraising events that have been canceled or postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
“Our organization has adopted a new mentality around the value of our work and found unique and different ways to accomplish our mission,” says Joe Goepfrich, Executive Director. “Holding a virtual day of giving is a prime example of how we are showing flexibility in our fundraising efforts.”
