Here at The Avenue, we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure the health and safety of our clients, staff, and volunteers. That being said, below is an update from each division under The Avenue Family Network, Inc.

 

Autumn House Adult Day Services. Autumn House Adult Day Services is open with social distancing and safety precautions. 

 

Harbor House Adult Day Services. Harbor House Adult Day Services is open with social distancing and safety precautions. 

 

Shoremark Homecare. Our Homecare Professionals continue to provide services to those we serve. Client and employee health is our top priority at this time. 

 

West Michigan Guardianship. WMG is continuing to be in contact with clients and providers to ensure safety and support to the best of our ability. Client and employee health is our top priority at this time. 

 

Cora Lamping Center for Survivors of Domestic & Sexual Violence. Both the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence services for Cora Lamping Center are still available and can be reached using their respective crisis hotlines:
